The PlusTech technology enables us to produce a multilayer blown film with a quality that has not been reached before. Besides a new Teno-recipe with a blend of a high number of different components, the controlled temperatures during the process are a centerpiece in our production. The result is a very smooth surface combined with a very low air permeability. PlusTech films also offer an additional adhesion, which is the basic requirement for a perfect air seal and thereby improved feed quality.
Because of the possibility to compact the film inline during the PlusTech manufacturing process the film structure and properties are changed and improving the strength of the film. The excellent adhesion of the film in combination with the very good tear strength enables a perfect sealing of the crop, both in round and square bales!
PlusTech does not mean simply thinner. The technology enables a premium high-performance film with measurable benefits for you.
Plustech products offer more meters per reel compared to standard films, so you can achieve cost savings through optimized production processes. More bales per reel increase your daily output, saving time and money.
Our PlusTech films have been tested by SLU and confirmed to provide excellent silage with feed losses down to 1%. Among other things, factors like reduced air permeability, enhanced cling or improved bale stability make this possible.
If you work with PlusTech products, you will use less material per bale as you will apply it just like the regular films. This saves resources and reduces waste.
