Sleeve packaging
Our patented sleeve packaging has not only a polyethylene film that protects the surface of the reel, but also a polyethylene foam over the reel edges protecting the reel from handling damages which often lead to start-up problems during wrapping.
This unique one-piece construction of the packaging means that when opening the packaging, all components are together in one piece. This solution saves time and also simplifies collecting for recycling!
The sleeve packaging is made of 100% polyethylene which makes it recyclable in the same fraction as the bale wrap!
Perfect choice if you need individual reel protection but want to skip the box handling. And there's no need to remove it before you have placed the reel in the pre-stretch unit.
The built-in edge protection prevents edge damage on the reel reliably. Film tearing during wrapping due to damaged edges belonging to the past now.
The unique one-piece design makes it possible to remove the packaging particularly quickly and in one easy step while the reel is already in the wrapping unit. A real time saver in field!
Compared to individual box packaging, the amount of waste produced is greatly reduced. Also, the sleeve is completely made from one material and can be sorted in the same fraction and recycled together with the bale wrapping film.
