Pink, blue and yellow bales support cancer awareness

The colourful bales are eye-catching and may not be to everyone's taste. But there is a deeper meaning behind them.

The pink, blue and yellow bales stand out in field and by that support awareness campaigns for breast cancer, prostate cancer and childhood cancer. Also, for every sold reel a donation is made to a local charity organisation.

This is an important initiative in which farmers and contractors are working hand in hand with us and the dealers to make a difference.

The story of the colourful bale wrap

It all began in rural New Zealand

The original idea for the pink wrapping film came from our partner in New Zealand. As it is very difficult to reach rural areas of the country with conventional campaigns, they were looking for a different but effective way to raise awareness of breast cancer and screening.

Pink bales for breast cancer awareness

Spreading over the world

The campaign was so well received that we decided to extend the pink foil initiative to Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom the following year.

Prostate cancer awareness

Inspired by the overwhelming global response to our pink campaign, we introduced blue stretch film in 2016 to raise awareness of prostate cancer and its research.

Completing the Family

In 2018, we finally added a yellow bale wrap film to our charity films to support children's cancer organisations and raise awareness.

More than 10 years of creating awareness

We now work with many charities worldwide and celebrated the 10-year anniversary of this special campaign in 2024.

We are very proud of the tremendous commitment shown by farmers in so many countries! Today, more than a decade after the first colourful bales were wrapped, they can be seen in fields in Algeria, Australia, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

Until now, more than 15 million colourful bales have been wrapped.

Customer's view

What our customers say about the Tenospin+ Charity Edition:

We have been using Tenospin+ for over 12 years and started using the pink film in 2014. We now use all three colours and want to raise awareness of cancer screening, especially in rural areas.

Timo Pawlowski

The film works brilliantly, especially in hot temperatures above 30 degrees. Other films sometimes have problems in these conditions.
