PlusTech is a special production technology, which makes is possible to produce a film which is thinner but with the same or even better performance than the 25 µ Tenospin premium film.
Because of the possibility to compact the film inline during the PlusTech manufacturing process the film structure and properties are changed and improving the strength of the film. The excellent adhesion of the film in combination with the very good tear strength enables a perfect sealing of the crop, both in round and square bales!
The Tenospin+ range consists of various products, enabling us to offer solutions for all machines and all requirements in the field, while boosting your efficiency!
Our Tenospin+ RS products come with 1900 or 2400 metres. Tenospin + RS works for all different machine, bale and forage types and is the most efficient bale wrap for square bale wrapping in the market.
For round bale wrapping we have also developed the Tenospin+ R, which comes with 2100 or even 2600 m. This patented film will take you wrapping on another level as it increases your efficiency by up to 73%.
Because of the 1900 up to 2600 m per reel you will reach a higher running meter count and can wrap more bales with the same number of reels.

Since the beginning, our highest priority has been the best fodder quality for your animals. Therefore, our Tenospin plus films have not only been tried by farmers throughout the world, but have also undergone independent field tests by the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The study results show that our thinner PlusTech films have excellent properties and give the same or an even better silage quality when compared to a 25 μ premium film. Especially, when it comes to feed losses (DM), Tenospin plus could convince. When usually 3-5% general losses are considered to be normal, those could be reduced to 1% in bales wrapped with Tenospin plus!

Yes. All our Tenospin+ products are available with loop inside, which means that the products contain 30% PCR. PCR (= Post-Consumer Recyclates) is consumer waste from products that have been collected in the market, specifically old bale wrap, which has then been cleaned and regrained - to be used once again in new products.
All Tenospin+ loop inside products are RecyClass certified and have been tested by independent research institutes proving their performance.
